Tips for long and healthy hair ( this is merely a reminder for me. lol)

1. Dont wash your hair too often. Wash every 2 days.
2. Use less heat. dont over dry blowing
3. Message Scalp Daily
4. Drink lots of lots of water
5. remove split ends
6. use silicone/sulfate free product
7. deep condition hair 1-2 per week
8. While growing hair, keep it in braid
9. use hair-safe assories that dont pull on hair
10. And MUST HAVE HEALTHY FOOD!!

  1. was i the one who told you not to wash everyday and wash every 2 days? if you want to have my hair, this is what i do...

    1. Don't wash it everyday. (the chemicals in the shampoo can ruin the hair)
    2. Shampoo AND condition it (most conditioner is meant for the ends of the hair only. not to be massaged into your scalp)
    3. I use organic shampoo.
    4. trim every 6 months!
    5. comb your hair 100x (kasih bend your head and comb downwards too supaya betul2 habuk kluar and less tangle) before you sleep
    6. I used to use minyak cenceman from Mustika Ratu semua rambut soft and thick and less gugur
    7. I used to put air bunga raya(or was it daun) on my hair.
    8. and aloe vera too
    9. I NEVER (RARELY) USE HAIRDRYER ON MY HAIR! Use it twice a year may be. hahahahaahahaha
    10. i don't eat maggi and avoid things with preservative
    11.dulu sa kasih inai rambut sa. but mesti inai yg betul tu....tp bau la..yuck.
